Our self catering holiday-homes are placed 4,5 km above Afritz/Sea, surrounded by meadows and mountain-forests. You can explore the mountains nearby und enjoy watersports at one of the numerous seas in the invironment.



You have got a choice between a traditional holiday-cottage, a well-designed family-apartment or a small studio-apartment. All have been established in the last few years and are fully equipped with comfortable kitchen, bedding, linen, towels, and Sat-TV. The kitchen has a built in electric oven, fridge with small freezer, microwave, toaster, coffe-machine, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. For your baby will be provided a cot and a high chair.

Also a washing machine in the farmhouse can be used all times.

In the garden area are provided a barbecue grill, garden furniture and a ping-pong table.
