Description
Casa Olivo farmhouse is situated on a Maremma hill, in a splendid panoramic position overlooking the ombrone river valley: sourrounded by nature and green hills, this is the ideal place to relax and escape from the stress and to spend a relaxing vacation. In a particularly peaceful position, Casa Olivo is a family owned and managed big farm, mostly cultivated with vineyards and olives trees. You could also enjoy the taste of our natural products: in fact, we are in the neighbourhood of the “ Doc Montecucco wine”. The farmhouse is composed of Casale Le Tuie and the Casina La Quercia, which have been lately restored to maintain their original, typical, tuscan architectural features. Wi-Fi connection is available at the Pool to the nearby area surrounding it to access the internet with your laptop, PDA or iPhone... No restaurant, No B&B service. Campagnatico, the small medieval village, is about 5' far and if offers all kind of shops and restaurant. Roselle is about 10' far, with all its famous Etruscan ruins. 15' far Grosseto, 25' Marina di Grosseto and the seaside, 35' Castiglione della Pescaia with open free beaches and pay-equipped beaches. 40' far from the famous Parco Naturale dell’Uccellina and its beautiful and uncontaminated beaches. The location of the farmhouse is also excellent if you wish to visit the most important cultural and artistic centres nearby in Tuscany, in Lazio and the sea is just 30 minutes away by car.

General Conditions
Your booking binds only after receiving the receipt of the payment of the deposit. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive you voucher (via e-mail or via fax) you will have to show at the check-in at the reception.
Booking
After receiving confirmation of your reservation via e-mail, please send us a deposit using one of the following methods. The deposit amount will be specified in the booking confirmation that you will receive via e-mail. Deposits sent by international credit transfer will be credited to your final bill net of bank charges for the operation.
Arrives and departures
Arrivals from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (must be strictly adhered to), departures before 10:00 am. Change-over weekly on Saturdays.
Payment
A part on booking whit bank transfer (to agree at the reservation moment) and remaining on arrival, payment in cash, together with the deposit which will be returned to return the keys and after checking the apartment. We do not accept cheques, no credit card.
Cancellations
Guests who are unable to take up their holiday are required to communicate cancellation. If cancellation takes place 100 or more days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full. Otherwise, the entire deposit, will be forfeited.
Additional regulations
Dogs are welcome provided they are kept on a leash. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. Apartments must be left in the condition in which they were rented, otherwise the cost of any work required to return them to their original state will be charged. Guests should notify immediately any damage or breakages so that these can be repaired during the period of their stay. If such damage is not reported, we will be forced to assess the loss resulting from any inability to rent the unit to subsequent guests.
